Personality (continued)
And the statement we just wrote:
Fig. 1.6
Notice that our statement reads "Nice/Loyal Personality". This means
that a code number of "2" is for Nice (Sims) and Loyal (Pets). If yours
does not say "Loyal", then you do not have Unleashed installed, and
that's quite okay. However, we need to add that to our Code Book for future reference:
2 |
Nice/Loyal |
5 |
Playful |
3 |
Active |
6 |
Outgoing |
4 |
Generous |
7 |
Neat |
Note: Every personality, interest, skill,
and mood attribute has a bar that will reach to ten (10). By specifying 100, we
are adding ONE point. Since there are ten points available, if you wanted to max
out the personality trait, you would add 1000, and therefore would get 10 personality
points.
100 = 1 point
1000 = 10 points
As a matter of fact, if you will take the time to type in each one of the code
numbers into parameter 1, you should end up with this, which should be added to
your Code Book:
2 |
Nice/Loyal |
5 |
Playful/Smart |
3 |
Active/Playful |
6 |
Outgoing/Friendly |
4 |
Generous/NPC 1.0 |
7 |
Neat/Quiet |
The second one (after the slash) is always for pets. Did you guys notice the
one for Code 4? Generous personality is a trait that you will never find in objects.
But, with version 1.0 of the Sims, it is used for Sims and NPC's.
To continue, how about if we want to take away a point? Let's do that now.
Click OK to go back to the main screen, and once again, add another behavior —
#4101 "Take Away 1 Personality Point".
