Now open up #4104: "Read About The 60's". Rewrite and have a look:

Look. The bookcase is storing the temporary information for The 60's in Constant
4097:2. Hmm. 4097:1 for Travel, and 4097:2 for 60's. Write that down as well.
Since this is looking more interesting by the minute, I think we better go
take a look at Constant 4097 to see what's going on in there. Go to the BCON area,
find 4097 and open it up.

There are only 4 ID's here (0 through 3). I don't know if you remember seeing
this in Behavior 4109 or not. Thinking logically, the original bookcase allowed
Sims to (1) read a book, (2) study for school, (3) study cooking, and (4) study
mechanical. We know that ID 1 is being used for Travel and that ID 2 is being
used for 60's. I'm sure that 0 and 1 are being used by "read a book"
and "study for school".
This means all of the existing ID's are being used and we're going to have
to add more constant ID's if our Music and Politics routines are going to execute
properly. Oh, well. No big deal; we can do that. In just a little bit. Right now
we have a bit more work to do, and then more to discover.
Open Behavior #4126, the one that deals with reading about music, and rewrite
it.
