Oops! This palette is for 256 indexed colors, which means that our sprites are still in 256 colors (reduced) and to work on them we must convert them to RGB mode (or 16 million colors). Click "cancel".

The four sprites you opened are in your work area. You're going to select one at a time and do the following:

Click one of the sprites to select it.

Press Ctrl + Shift + Zero. Now your sprite is in RGB mode and you can tell because your color tool bar to the right now displays nice colors:
