These lights may be placed indoors, or out, on ponds, pools, slopes, terrain, or flooring - anywhere except a wall or surface. They intersect with other objects and Sims, hang in the air (may be placed on the second floor without flooring), and require no expansion packs. Available as a full sets of static and animated bases.
