doing such with personality.

We're going to use a chair on account we love chairs so much. Open Tmog and
clone the most expensive chair (chairlr1tile > Chair - Living Room - Expensive
2). Name the chair skillschair.iff and identify it as your chair.
We are doing this just in case I need to check your chairs, I'll know which is
which.

Close Tmog and save a copy of this chair in your lessons folder under "skills"
for safekeeping.
Launch IFF and open up your skillschair.iff. Naturally we want to take a moment
to think about what this chair provides and what it is we want it to do. The chair
as is provides nothing more than comfort. We want it to add a skill point of some
time as well as provide comfort. For the sake of this lesson we'll settle on a
body skill point and if you'll look in your Code Book, the code for Body is 17.
OK. We know this chair adds comfort, but we don't really care about that for
now. We're going to stick a body point in there so that the Sim earns it when
he sits in the chair. How's that?
First things first. Let's identify this chair further as being a skills chair.
