Open Tmog, scroll down to your file, selected, and then click on the "Import Object File" button

Tmog knows which file to import and from which folder to get it:

When Tmog is done importing your file, click OK, and then close out of Tmog. You're done, you may go back to the lesson, and pick up where you left off.
